Whether you're after a simple reset or long-term transformation package, there's a plan to suit you.
Struggling to
lose weight?
Simple dietary changes can help you lose weight and feel great. Following your nutrition consultation I will provide you with a bespoke weight loss plan and meal planning advice tailored just for you. We will look not only at your diet, but also at supporting other important aspects of your health such as thyroid, digestion or toxic load.
Are digestive issues
ruling your life?
Nutritional Therapy can be highly effective for digestive problems, from heartburn to diarrhoea. Don't let digestive symptoms become your normal. I work with you using a functional medicine perspective to address the root cause
of the problem and suggest
natural solutions to make life
more comfortable and carefree
once again.
Feeling anxious,
stressed or depressed?
What we eat has a direct effect on our moods, energy levels and wellbeing. Nutritional therapy can help identify and address common nutritional deficiencies that reduce our mood and impact on our mental health. Easy to implement dietary and lifestyle changes can enable you to feel stronger, both physically and emotionally.
About me...
I’ve long been interested in how food and lifestyle shape our health — not just physically, but in terms of energy, mood, and wellbeing. I am inspired by how our ancestors ate, and my focus is on real, whole foods that suit our biology and genetic makeup. In today’s world, with increased environmental toxins and processed foods everywhere, it’s more important than ever to choose wisely. With the right information, good nutrition should feel doable for real life and help you feel more in tune with your body through realistic, supportive choices.
I know it can feel like a leap choosing a practitioner outside of the NHS. With so many people offering nutrition advice — sometimes with only a short course behind them — it’s important to feel confident in who you’re working with.
I completed a three-year part-time diploma in naturopathic nutrition in my twenties, followed by a degree in nutritional therapy. If you’re ever looking for support, I’d always recommend checking someone’s training and experience so you can feel reassured you’re in safe hands.
